Had an insurance claim related rental car from this place. I will NEVER rent here again. I'm an insurance agent and learned half way through the process they were manipulating the insurance contract. When I called them out on it they said they'd take care of it and then commenced ripping me off again. We wound up filing a complaint w Hertz corporate. Don't be fooled by the smiles and cute attitudes. They'll rob the shirt off of your back and pretend their doing you a favor. Had Hertz corporate not gotten involved I would have been charged over $100/day and my insurance policy would have covered half of a $2,000 fee for 20 days! Criminal
Never again with this place. Drive down to Ogden or Salt Lake for a real rental place that won't rip you off!!! Seriously! Don't even entertain the idea of renting from here! We were stranded in Brigham City and this was our only option, and they took full advantage of us! Total of $82 for one day rental! I've rented a 4x4 truck for an entire 3 day weekend for that price, with out mile limitation! Unreal! Their policies are only in favor of getting as much money from you as possible! I wish I could leave 0 stars! We have rented many vehicles for our PhotogAdventures, and this place is the worst! Never again.
Renred a car covered by insurance. Couteous and friendly staff found a car even though they didn't think they would have one. Great car. Worked well with insurance company
