I dont even want ti give them 1 star! Twice we have used this wash. And twice it charged us $15.00 for a rinse. No way to contact the owner. This place will rip ypu off!
My husband put $5 in the change machine and he didn't get any change. It didn't even give him his $5 bill back. He called and left a message to try to get his money back. He waited and never heard back. Then he finally got a lady to answer the phone. He explained what happened, she didn't even apologize for the trouble or anything. The lady gave him an attitude over the phone like it was a huge inconvenience to issue a refund and said she would " have to " mail it to him.. It's been 3 weeks and he still has not received his refund. Don't use this car wash. It was not the first problem we had using them. $5 doesn't seem like much money, but it's the point of the matter. We are your customers (were) your customers. Your customer service is terrible and there are better places to go nearby for our car wash needs. We're letting everyone we know how he was treated, so that our friends and family won't get the same treatment or worse. It's not about the money, it's about integrity and honesty. Your machine malfunctioned. It didn't deliver. We brought it to your attention. You ignored it and stole our money= dishonesty and no integrity. Not good, not good at all.#####Update. We just received a car wash gift card in the mail for $5.00. Thank you for trying to make it right.
My husband spent $9.50 on this car wash and when he got home we noticed that we still had a strip down the middle of our roof that was dirty. Big rip off!!
$9.50 for top choice of an automatic wash. No spots or yucky film after wash. Added Rain-X which actually works. Property was clean and conveniently located next to a grocery store. Made errands easy. Didn't need to use carpet shampoo or vacuum but will post another review when I do.
I slide my card and pushed the button and it register it so I put cash in and went through but it still charged my card.
