It seems the office staff got the message from the previous review and they have been quite helpful recently. I have been there a few times and they have been good to work with me on a couple of issues that required extra effort. I also like the Dr.
The doctor is fine. But the office staff is really quite unbelievable. They are all so grouchy and unhelpful. If you ask them a question they breathe and roll their eyes. They act like it is so hard to answer a question or assist you in any way. And this is not just a one time experience (everyone can have a bad day--even though you shouldn't bring it to the office with you) but every time I have to deal with these people--whether in person or on the phone. They are just UNPLEASANT people! Dr. Wilding should really look into replacing this grouchy cantankerous staff with some new upbeat cheerful people!
