My first experience was great. The online quotes where spot on. However today i got online quotes to ship three packages and drove 30 minutes to this store. First package was rang up almost $20 more than the quote. Was told that that's corporates pricing not theirs. This store has lost a customer and the many packages that I ship out each month.
