If I could give it zero stars I would. I walked in, and no one was there to help me. I wandered around for a while until I found a desk area, asked for help, got referred to the office manager who apparently is brand new. He literally told me he was too busy to talk and told me to get lost. I never write google reviews, but I really feel like people should be warned that they will be treated like trash if they go to this place. At very least, do whatever you can to avoid this new office manager (although there may not be anyone else to talk to, as in my case). Luckily, I doubt someone so rude and unprofessional will last long if the ownership has any sense of good business. Maybe I'll give them a chance and try to purchase my furniture from them when I hear that manager has been fired (which shouldn't take long). In the meantime, I will make sure none of my friends, family, or business contacts come near this place.
Very disappointing.
The selection is 10x better than RC Willey, and the prices are great. The staff is helpful and friendly, but they are more than happy to let you browse on your own. Plus, it's in a really cool building.
The furniture I did have them order new from the factory, was delivered on time.
Until I pointed out the back of the couch was slightly moist and the ceiling above where the furniture was had water marks.
They tried to sell me a couch that got leaked on, and didn’t disclose to me it was leaked on.
We never knew this place existed prior to the other day. We loved most of the furniture there and the sales give you really great prices. The help there was very friendly and the furniture seems like good quality!
We have always loved the room loft. In ten years it's the only place we have ever come to for all our furniture, including furnishing a brand new home. We love their stuff and supporting local businesses is important to us. However, I think we will be looking elsewhere from here on out. The last 3 times over the past 4 months we have gone in there we have gotten zero help and every time there were atleast 3 people sitting at front desk visiting. We shouldnt have to make eye contact and still not be helped. Yes I could ask for help but when its obvious we just walked in and made eye contact and wandered the store for 20 minutes and come back and you still don't even say hi, that's not what we are used to at this store. Makes me sad.
I highly doubt they told who ever bought it about it getting leaked on.
