Great service, great store. A little pricey but still worth the visit

Optical department. Ordered glasses and went in to pick them up. There should be someone at the optical desk at 3:30 in the afternoon. Instead found 4 people waiting and waited myself for over 15 minutes until the desk person even arrived then another 15 minutes. Ridiculous that in the middle of the afternoon the desk is left unattended with a note that says that the "Optician" is out. I'm pretty sure that desk lady is NOT the "Optician".
Misleading Sales: This store continually posts sale signs on items that are not on sale you only find this out when you get to the checkout counter and they tell you "sorry this does not apply to the item you have." This has happened 3 times to my wife and I in the past month, they take no effort to correct the problem and continue to perpetrate it. Except for prescription drugs and Eyeglasses we are pretty much done with this store.
