The staff is great. Got me right in and out.
Extremely rude and unhelpful. If you are a cdl holder you will be treated horribly at this office. Apparently these people are not considered competent enough by the state of utah to deal with cdl' s. They want truck drivers to make appointments.. yes because we are always known for knowing exactly where we're going to be a month ahead of time. Save yourself some time and go to the Brigham City office where they know what they are doing.
Pros: Their employees are the most helpful and polite government employees in this state. You can be in and out of that office in just a few minutes; they virtually never make you wait for anything.
Cons: The fence around their parking lot is absurd.
I had Casey as my road test instructor and she was AWESOME! She was very friendly and talked to me as if she knew me for a long time instead of 15 minutes. She was a crazy nice lady and she made my test seem more like a casual drive. The staff here was very friendly and willing to help and I was in and out quickly. Highly recommend going here guys, you won't regret it. Thanks Casey!!
