Great location. Clean room. Easy to enter and customer service was great. Breakfast was awesome and simple so it worked great.
As I lay in my giant jacuzzi suite writing this, Ive never been more relaxed, staff is super friendly, room was really clean, jacuzzi was perfect for two, it could fit more, the beds are comfy, and I enjoyed both tv's in my room, yes both, we watched tv all night from the jacuzzi.
What a wonderful place! Linette and her staff were amazing. We used some of the conference room space and it couldn't have been better. Thank you so much!
We haven't had customer service this great for a Long time! Helen is one of the most kind, caring and sweetest people I've ever met! It makes the biggest difference when staff members treat you so well and make sure you're taken care of! She deserves a raise! We will definitely be coming back!!! Thanks Helen you're amazing!!!!
My husband and I are relocating to the west coast from North Carolina. After being on the road for several days we decided to stay at crystal inn because they allow animals. We got the king jacuzzi room and it's amazing. Upon our arrival the staff were very accommodating and friendly. They left a card and little gift bag in our room. Also, Lynnette Crockett went above and beyond for us. Her sweet spirit was a breath of fresh air after such a long trip. Thank you so much for the much needed respite. If we are ever in this area again, we will definitely be life long customers. Thank you so much for great service and hospitality. Highly recommend!!!!
Ive seen bad reviews for this place, my stay was amazing, the jacuzzi was so inexpensive, its worth it, room was clean, you can't hear the neighbors next door. . . . Save the money the competitors charge, stay here, I'll be back soon no doubt. Where else can I leave reviews. . .
