I love that you can bring your family and have a sit down pizza dinner! It feels like you're appreciated as a customer and not like your being herded like cattle like at some of the other pizza places
The food is not bad though I wish the pretzel crust didn't have too much salt. Also, the server doesn't seem to want to be there. We understand that she's the only one but at least be mindful of giving complete service to the customer and not have to have the customers ask for every single thing they need like napkins and silverware.

Worst service i have ever had. We were the only ones in the restaurant and had to ask for service after waiting for along time. When the waitress brought our pizza she said they were out of forks and spatulas (we were the ONLY customers in the store) she said they were washing them but we never got them. The pizza was just ok. Mostly crust with toppings in the center. We had to go up to get a box, then back up to ask for the bill. Pizza hit has always been great but i am done with this place. Never again!!!!!
Amazing, called 10 minutes before close and they still made me a pizza and cinnamon sticks.
