30 minutes in the drive through being told Wait a moment, Wait a moment. I go Park go inside and still I'm ignored but they have plenty of time to play giggle and play on their phones.
I love the pizza....cheap....good and fast but I was very dissapointed with the cleanliness of the place. I can see inside and they touch things and then touch the food. And the bathroom look like they haven't been thoroughly cleaned down each and every day as if it sits that way for a week or more.

So much for hot 'n ready. My last 3 visits to the drive through I was told before ordering that it would be a minimum 20-30 minute wait, even for a "Hot n' Ready", despite there being no line at the drive-through and only a handful of people in the lobby. The time before that I ordered a custom pizza and was told 30-40 minutes which I was fine with, but the actually wait turned out to be closer to 90 minutes. All these 4 visits were coincidentally on Thursday evening, but spread out through the 5, 6, and 7 o'clock hours and within the last 6 weeks. I realize that living up the the "Hot n' Ready" 100% of the time isn't always possible, but it seems to me that this pattern I'm seeing shows extremely poor management.
