This place is horrible! Never ever put your stuff here! My belongings are being held hostage! No one will give me a code and I am totally up to date! They have raised my rate 50 dollars in a year without notice! I can never get ahold of anyone! And when I do they do t know who is in charge! Everything I own is in this unit! Never ever rent here!
I would never recommend this place! After taking my things out of the unit i found most of my belongings wet and covered in mold. Someone also helped themselves to some of my things about $1000 worth of items. I also have black widows crawling out of boxes. Never ever rent from set storage!
we came to set storage when we moved from ogden, when we spoke on the phone we described a secure storage unit and given a price. upon arriving to bring stuff in and pay for the unit we were asked to pay a higher price for something completely different than what was explained to us but having little options at the time, we paid and moved our stuff in. months later, we fell behind on the payment. we called, made arrangements for payment and they sold our unit the day before the day agreed upon for us to get caught up. they did the same thing to multiple people here in town. these people want every dime out of your pocket and then they'll keep and sale stuff too.! they are thieves.!!
Older facility in Brigham City, but managed well. They are making improvements to the units as well. Nice
Set Storage is in a convenient location, across the street from the Sheriffs department, they have helpful staff and offer fair prices. Great for someone like me who cannot necessarily pay top dollar for a storage unit but still has a storage need. They have made improvements to give tenants added peace of mind.
