Employees seem to have no concern for customers. “Fresh” tenders were over-cooked and hard. Did not receive the dipping sauces I asked for. Just general apathy is all I see.
It's getting a lot better than it ever was. New management is a huge difference.
After patiently waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes I get my food. I go to kfc quite often and get the same thing. I get back to my office and notice my biscuit is missing. They put the butter and everything in the bag lol. But The thing I’m most mad about is I called at least 7 times trying to tell them about the mistake and since I was at work I couldn’t go back since it was just my lunch break. They didn’t answer a single one of those 7 times! What kind of customer service is that. I wouldnt have been upset if they could’ve just answered the freaking phone since I couldn’t even go back I had no way of getting ahold of them to fix this. If I’m going to wait 15 minutes for my food at least get it right or answer the phone if you’re going to screw it up. Cmon kfc.
Had to wait 7 minutes for service when we were the only ones in dining room.
Truly the worst KFC on the planet. They are super slow and their food is nasty. We have been here a few times so this review isn't just 1 bad visit. We ordered 4 $5 fill ups and waited 37 minutes to get our food. People around us complained they had been waiting for about the same time and the workers only waited on the window. To top it off we got home and our orders were all wrong. Stay away!! Food is nasty if they even get your order right. At least I used their free WiFi to write this review...Again STAY AWAY!!!
