My dog loves to come here where he gets to play and watch tv.
A horrible experience. When i picked my dog up her ribs were showing. She had lost so much weight due to not eating. They didnt even call me to let me know the situation or ask what could be done. Also her blankets and pillow were soaked with pee. When we confronted the owner, ellie, about it, she stated that she did her best to take care of my dog and would not own up to it or make it right. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Great place to get your pet groomed. No appointment needed if you just need your dogs nails trimmed. Apointment needed for grooming and boarding. We left our sweet little dog there for 3 nights 4 days and we were very happy with that service. It's hard to leave a pet that you love so much with just anyone when you go out of town but we didn't notice anything different with our sweet Roxie when we picked her up. I would recommend this place for ALL services offered. One thing I would mention is that the owner is hard of hearing and sometimes I think some people think she is rude or standoffish. Keep in mind she is almost deaf..
Ellie took our two pups on short notice, waited for us when we were running late and our fur babies were happy and healthy when we got back! My nervous boy wasnt eating well and ellie had the problem solved before i even called to check in! They also didnt come back smelling like a kennel which we definitely appreciated. We would recommend ellies to anyone who needs a reliable, trustworthy, pet hotel!
