It's been 6 months since then and I've spend 2 more grand on this damn car fixing it up. Faulty struts that caused my car to spin out at the first snow storm we had this winter, a car alarm that was wired THROUGH the hazards and caused my battery to be CONSISTENTLY DRAINED 24/7, and a couple other crucial problems. The hazards sure would have come in handy when I was stuck on the left side of the freeway in a blizzard.. Nobody mentioned a car alarm in the first place. Not even ONCE.
Nice "small town" dealership. We've purchased several vehicles from them over the years and their sales staff has always been very helpful. Their maintenance department is one of the best and friendliest I've ever used.
On our way to Las Vegas the engine light came on and the oil pressure indicator was High. Brett at this location did a scan of the computer and told us that it was probably a sensor and nothing to worry about until we got back home. That was such a relief and I truly appreciate his customer service
In sharp contrast to other reviews I read here, I have had nothing but bad experiences at this dealership. My Durango went in for a recall airbag service after nearly a year of waiting for parts. They scratched the dashboard and did not make it right. They simply said " sorry we used plastic tools". Just today my sons car was scheduled with an appointment for a recall, he and my wife took off work to get the car there and the dealer said " I remember you making he appointment but you're not on the list". They also said " we don't have the parts here for you either". my family did not feel like they were treated well by the staff at all during today's visit, including being laughed at for being unhappy about the situation. I have a hard time believing these are the same people in the same place that are getting positive reviews for 'great customer service'. My families experiences have been anything but.
Helped my daughter get a cap from here. They gave us this great speech about only having a great experience. The sale person really didn't have our interest in mind. Told us the car had features that it didn't. Then when we tried to contact then for a couple of questions No one was ever available to take our call. It is a nice car and the value wasn't bad. Just very nervous about ever getting any service from them. For a small town they should have better sevice.
I feel like the bunch of people who works here are extremely hit and miss. Sometimes they sell you great cars and sometimes they sell you deathtraps with smiles on their faces. I got robbed and my car got stolen and crashed. My insurance gave me a small settlement and I purchased myself a used car from here. Everybody in the shop was saying nothing but good things about this car. Every mechanic vouched for it, saying they'd buy that car. Not a single mention of ANYTHING bad. I believed them. Turns out, I shouldn't have.
Oh and did I mention I was a college student already struggling with bills and student loans? All these hundreds of dollars would not have had to be spent if the employees of this place were HONEST and said "Hey this car is great BUT there is this thing here that might need fixing, and etc." JUST BE HONEST AND SAY SOMETHING before someone dies in a car YOU SOLD because you wanted a few extra bucks. As a first time buyer from Heritage, I feel played. I'm very disappointed.
