Don’t waste your time here. Dishonest and deceiving staff, speaking out of both sides of the mouth, just to make money. My wife and I were not greeted when we walked in, and we were treated very poorly. We ended up buying from Ken Garff, and the customer service there was phenomenal. Drive 100 miles for Ken Garff if you have to. Don’t ruin your life with a Young Auto experience.
This was a great experience working with this group. Isaiah was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the truck (even showing me features I would have never known existed had he not pointed them out). Brad in finance was very concerned about helping us feel comfortable with the trade-in value and purchase price. And Chet was very helpful to make sure the entire process ran smoothly and with a high level of professionalism.
