I actually brought it up to Jeff that the form we filled out on his website contained many of these details we were discussing and he denied seeing the details as if he hadn't even read the email but instead picked up the phone and called instead.

A few weeks ago we reached out to this company with specifics to some land we wanted to sell. When Jeff called us back several days later we were discussing details of the property and to my surprise had to revisit a couple details several times as if Jeff wasn't paying attention to the conversation.
My over all short experience with Jeff made me not want to do business with him or his company. I didn't feel like he could appropriately manage the sell of the land we have in Utah. Jeff specifically lacked attention to detail in both written and verbal communications and then unprofessionally denied the information was ever shared which made me feel like he was calling me a liar.
