We loved working with Karen Rustan! She really helped us so much with our first time home buying experience. She went above and beyond and I was very impressed with her integrity that she uses in her job. There were times where she could have let things slide but she really did ask for the best and got us a great deal on our home. She was able to work out a home warranty for us that covered our home for the first year which brought us peace of mind with such a huge purchase. We had delays with hearing back from our seller but we know that Karen did all she could to expedite things and she would even call us to let us know what she had done while we were waiting to hear from the sellers. We also know that Coldwell Banker has any great associates that worked with us on the occasions during this process while our realtor was away.
