No help at all. Tells us the problem with the phone us a software problem but we had the phone to long so there's nothing they can do.
I love AT&T and their customer service oriented people at the store in Brigham, specially Ty and Landon
The salespeople are just that, I knew more about the truth about each phone than they did. They would say every phone is the best if you would buy it. That's their job though and the people are very nice though so I can't give any less than 4 stars.
They lied to me about the monthly price, then when calling customer service to get the price told to me, Customer service says they can't give me the price I was told at the store. And tell me i have to pay almost 1500 dollars to buy the phones so I can opt out of the contract. Absolutely the worst COMPANY in the world.
I went into this store today sure I was going to have to buy new phone. Dillon took a look at my phone and had it fixed in less than a minute! Talk about great customer service! Thank you So much!
