This store employees did not care to help us solve our bill, the guy that was helping us knew nothing about bills or anything cause he was a new employee and when he would ask his other coworkers to help him they said " I'm not helping you, you figure it out" like Really? Your dealing with customers whose bill is twice as high and you won't help us!! We just ended up paying our bill even though it's incorrect. We will never come back to this store we will go to another sprint store who actually care about there customers.
I have been to a lot of sprint stores and never got such amazing help! Alec and kelton the managers are the bomb, was really considering switching and because of them I will be staying!
