Don't take anything seriously...waiting 3 weeks now to get a problem resolved :(
Wow! They are awesome when you talk to them, but they kept ZERO promises and hurt our credit by not following thru with their end of the contract. I'm so disappointed. It's been many months and they still have not resolved these issues.
Update!! My mother went in there for help and they looked down their noses and were EXTREMELY rude and smug. Oh!! Plus, they didn't even help her. I'm officially taking my business somewhere else. Shame on all of you!!

Best T-Mobile store I've ever been to. Josh, the manager, bent over backwards to fix our bogo promotion mess up. Extremely frustrating in the moment when you hear you won't be getting the $900 you were promised. He went to work and fixed it for us. Was very impressed by the ownership he took of the situation. Love this store.
